Bonacci Infrastructure provided sophisticated temporary works designs for both the Abbot Point and Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Expansions in Mackay, Queensland, Australia.

Our primary effort was focused on the methodology for the construction of the berthing / mooring dolphins which were a skeletal assembly containing fourteen 1200 millimetre diameter piles. The temporary works system was essentially suspended from the upper wharf structure and purpose designed for monolithic installation and segmental extraction from under the completed dolphin.
