St Lawrence Rail Bridge Duplication

Bonacci Infrastructure provided unified construction methodology and detailed design solutions for both the head Contractor (Seymour Whyte Constructions) and piling sub-contractor (Piling Contractors) on the St Lawrence Rail Bridge Duplication project.

Client: Seymour Whyte Constructions / Piling Contractors
Location: St Lawrence, Queensland, Australia

Bonacci Infrastructure provided unified construction methodology and detailed design solutions for both the head Contractor (Seymour Whyte Constructions) and piling sub-contractor (Piling Contractors) on this project. The temporary access bridge design was provided for Piling Contractors, whilst the bridge girder gantry system and headstock form system were commissioned by Seymour Whyte Constructions.

The system was documented in three-dimensions to provide clear visual aids for the construction team and to explain staging and critical issues to construction personnel. The project, completed in 2010, was recognised by the industry via a Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) excellence award.
