Bonacci Infrastructure delivered the detailed design for the entirely new Townsville Hospital which was located on a greenfield site adjacent to the James Cook University.

The Townsville Hospital Stage 1 involved a total of five separate buildings (three of which were connected as one major complex) with separate acute and secure mental health wards.

Bonacci Infrastructure provided the full structural design and documentation for the development, including the design of radiation bunkers to house linear accelerators within the Oncology ward.
