Wagga Wagga Sewer Project (Narrung Street and Kooringal Sewage Treatment Plants)

The Wagga Wagga Sewer Project involved the major upgrade of two sewage treatment plants, being Narrung Street and Kooringal. Both sites used sequential batch reactor (SBR) process technology, with the associated post-tensioned reactors, inlet works, filters and disinfection facilities being designed by Bonacci Infrastructure.

The project was delivered to the Wagga Wagga City Council as a “Design and Construct” contract and had a contract value of approximately $103 million.
